Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to fill a one-year contract and support our global talent acquisition team by helping us place qualified candidates faster.

Liaise with Talent Acquisition Specialists to fill vacancies in a timely manner, support the candidate screening, scheduling and hiring processes
Source candidates by using databases and social media, evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
Own candidate communication by sending outreach and follow up emails, as well as onsite interview confirmations
Conduct initial phone screens for assigned roles and maintain a complete record of all interviews
Send candidates tests and assignments to assess skills and create candidate write-ups and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists
Coordinate onsite interview logistics and support Talent, Culture and Employee Care team, as needed


Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Proven work experience in sourcing, talent acquisition or recruiting and proficient in written and spoken English
Ability to work to support multiple time zones - 2 days a week from 10 to 18:30 and 3 days a week from 11:30 to 20:00, having the flexibility to adapt your schedule as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and complete projects with predetermined deadlines
Previous experience with various selection processes, such as phone interviews
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
